Love of the Learned: The Minimal Threshold of Spiritual Safety

Hawzah News Agency- The Holy Prophet (pbuh and his family) said:

اغْدُ عَالِماً أَوْ مُتَعَلِّماً أَوْ أَحِبَّ الْعُلَمَاءَ وَ لَا تَکُنْ رَابِعاً فَتَهْلِکَ بِبُغْضِهِمْ.

Set out [in life] as a scholar, a learner, or a lover of scholars, and do not be a fourth, lest you perish through harboring animosity toward them.
